On the 2nd December the EU Commission issued a statement on their official website that reports on the assurance of the German government to prevent ultra-vires verdicts of its courts. “Ultra vires” are cases about alleged power overreaches of an institution. The conflict that sparked the utter submission of our legal system under the arbitrary rule of the EU resulted from a struggle between the German Supreme Court and the EU Court of Justice over the rightfulness of the national central bank’s bond-buying activities abroad. An In Depth Discussion of The Democracy Satisfaction Study of The Friedrich Ebert Foundation
I looked into the study “Trust in Democracy” by the authors Roberto Heinrich and Jürgen Hofrichter of the Friedrich Ehrhard Foundation, a party-proxy foundation of the Social Democrats, to see where people are actually hurting and why satisfaction with how our government is run is so poor.
Trust in the media is plummeting to American levels. Only one in five thinks our parties are trustworthy although our constitution, unlike democratic constitutions, is designed to make us completely dependent on them and their leaders. The study asks participants about their suggestions to the problems and how they rank the conflicts of our time.

SeaWatch Captain Carola Rackete Sues Italian Deputy PM Matteo Salvini
Carola Rackete is entering a harbour without permission, hits a boat of the border control, and is now suing over hurt feelings. Salvini would spread “hate” and the feeling (?) of delegitimisation. She ultimately loses her “physical human dignity” while Salvini keeps categorizing her as a rich, spoilt brat commie.
