Merkel’s 89-Points Catalog Against The Far-Right

Angela Merkel has founded a ‘Cabinet Committee for the Fight Against Right-Wing Extremism and Racism.’ On Tuesday they presented their 89-points policy catalogue replete with pure horror. So I translate it for you. Yes, I said 89 points. So this is the first of four videos. Should I fail to reach anybody, I will at least be able to say that I did my best to document the disaster. The points covered in the first video are supposed to be carried out by the Ministry of the Interior. I will also show you the given “goals” mentioned in the document. The government estimates the costs of the policies to be 1.150.000.000 EUR.

German Interior Minister Horst Seehofer Creates Anti-Islamophobia Council

Horst Seehofer has called upon 12 distinct members of ‘”science” and practice to form the “Independent” Expert Council against Islamophobia (German: Unabhängiger Expertenkreis Muslimfeindlichkeit UEM). According to the website of the ministry their job is to ‘analyse the changing forms of Islamophobia and research the overlaps with anti-Semitic attitudes as well as other forms of group-oriented hostilities against human beings.’ A lot of cultural context to unpack here.
