Recent Death Threats Published on Militant Left-Wing Website Indymedia

On September 13th, multiple detailed bomb construction manuals, doxxed home addresses of politicians (mostly AfD) and a blatant call to murder was published on Indymedia. The site can be accessed anonymously, but this specific post is now made accessible for subscribed users only. However, I found it archived in the google cache.

The EU Is Scared of Humor

The EU Commission solicited a report on right-wing extremist’s humour. The writers in charge were Maik Fielitz and Reem Ahmed of the Radicalisation Awareness Network RAN. It isn’t quite clear how they define right-wing extremists, but their enumerations don’t contain Islamists who, as the left is convinced, are ‘conservatives’ that, left to their own devices, would degrade any beautiful desert to a stinking free-market economy. We are no longer looking at ‘backward-looking, stiff and formal’ neo-Nazis, they say. But if it isn’t about all these top-hat, tailcoat skinheads with baseball bats that are abundant in Europe, apparently, who are we looking at? Pepe, of course!

And we look at Saul Alinsky, a ‘civil rights activist,’ who wrote the ‘renowned’ book ‘Rules for Radicals.’ ‘Rules for Radicals’ proposes that humour can be used as a weapon. And while sneering does the trick for the left right now, Alinsky’s idea was supposedly ripped from his innocent and harmless communist intentions and misappropriated to sinister internet memes.

The New German Law To Combat Right-Wing Extremism and Hate-Crime

This month the new hate speech law came into effect. I had made already a video on its limited impact because of its collision with the data protection laws (title: Germany’s vapid fight against speech). The user data on the internet remains rather well protected. In this video I’m talking about the changes to the speech laws themselves where had been altered by the new piece of legislation.

Secret Service Verfassungsschutz Set To Intensify Observation of The AfD

Correction: I say in the video that BND does the external spy control business of a normal secret service. It is actually also a duty of Verfassungsschutz. However, their focus is clearly on thought crimes.
The secret service Verfassungsschutz is a thought-crime-oriented intelligence agency which officially fights extremist thinking. It currently monitors the conservative party AfD as a “Prüffall”; that means based on publicly available information. It is expected that the party will be classified as a ‘Verdachtsfall’ in the coming week, which means that Verfassungsschutz can use secret spies and false identities to obtain information. It makes it also easier to get a warrant from a court to tap their post or telecommunication.

The party’s youth organisation ‘Junge Alternative’ is already a ‘Verdachtsfall.’ The patriotism caucus “Flügel” is even classified as a “Beobachtungsfall.” That means that warrants for intrusive measures are easier to obtain. At the end of this classification ladder a party can be banned as ‘hostile to the constitution.’ But that would require the consent of the Supreme Court and it is very unlikely to be the fate of the AfD anytime soon.

One criteria for such a ban based on ‘hostility against the constitution’ is ‘activities against the idea of an understanding between peoples’ (Art 9 GG (2)). In theory this means that a group or party can be banned if it objects to any foreign ideology and thus destroys the constitution-mandated Kumbaya. Even though a legal ban of the AfD is highly unlikely, an intensified monitoring creates propaganda fodder for people who see the AfD as hostile to the constitution because of their dislike of jihad.

Activist Kübra Gümüsay Does Not Want To Be Your Cleaner (Ep 7, The Definition of Democracy)

With so much things going on, too much to research right now, continue with my series on Kübra Gümüsay, the activist who does not want to be your cleaner.

Our favorite social justice warrior is sharing her insight on freedom, democracy, justice and nice. Because all these things are now one and the same and mean gay marriage, Islam or migration, it is a chance to talk about that sly shift of meaning. Also the villain of our self-governing system, racism, has a definition journey behind itself. Originating in pseudo-genetics it has arrived at today’s system-rattling Halloween-costume and accent-recognition trauma that we are familiar with.
