Germany Commits to Fight Own Independent Courts to Grant EU Unrestricted Power

On the 2nd December the EU Commission issued a statement on their official website that reports on the assurance of the German government to prevent ultra-vires verdicts of its courts. “Ultra vires” are cases about alleged power overreaches of an institution. The conflict that sparked the utter submission of our legal system under the arbitrary rule of the EU resulted from a struggle between the German Supreme Court and the EU Court of Justice over the rightfulness of the national central bank’s bond-buying activities abroad. German Authorities Try to Threaten Free-Speech Platform Gab

Gab’s legal team is flooded with correspondence from Germany. The authorities are utterly concerned about evil speech giving rise to Polit-Satan – coincidentally – shortly before the upcoming general election.
