It is just so …. stupid. They do all in their power to pretend that we are not heading into a dictatorship ourselves. Rather the US would and Israel ain’t “a real democracy” anyway as you have probably heard. Only Germany and *cough* the Arab world are progressive and liberal and all of it. So NOW we have to WORRY that the Saudis may become, eh, less democratic. I could vomit.
