They are most likely drummed up charges to get rid of the opposition. The true core could be that the CIA does fund and sometimes even send weapons to opposition movements in countries they want to destablize. This should lead us to two questions.
- Should the CIA engage in anything but gathering information?
- Should opposition movements ever take money from the CIA?

Kem Sokha was arrested early Sunday in a swoop by hundreds of security forces at his home in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh.
A Cambodian court on Tuesday charged opposition leader Kem Sokha with treason and espionage over an alleged conspiracy with unnamed foreigners.
